At Land Library , our main service to our clients, is as land buyers. We acquire sites from landowners under option agreements. We then, take these sites through the complex and costly stages of the planning process, therefore, gaining an uplift on the lands value. We ensure, the best value is commanded, through our rigorous processes, overseen by our in-house team of professionals.
As a company we identify off market land opportunities throughout the UK, using softwares and planning policies. We may of contacted you via a letter or indeed, you may of, approached us yourselves, for a free appraisal.

There is no cost to our client. All costs are bourne by us. These include, free land appraisal, full due diligence of the land / property, land assessments, full detailed planning applications, including documentation and professional drawings and Legal costs.
The Process
Choice of two option collections:
Option A
- Initial telephone or in person meet.
- Site visit & appraisal.
- Offer delivered to client.
- Agree a price with Land Library and enter into an Option agreement to gain planning.
- Land Library to submit planning application within 12 weeks of option agreement commitment.
- Completion day – successful planning application acceptance . Our clients payment day and handover site.
Option B
- Land Library will offer a selection of developers for you to enter into an option agreement, whilst offering advice from our in house team.
