Recommendations will be presented, along with quotes from our contractor team and a schedule of works will be formed and executed. Projects are fully managed to ensure works are up to a high standard and sites are handed over on time.
The brief
Understanding, your brief is key in terms of arriving at the realisation stage successfully. How we live in our environments is crucial to our well-being and mental health. It impacts on our ability to function efficiently and effectively. Considerations will be given to the flow, lighting, styling and materials used in the property – creating an ambience designed just for you, your family or working environment.
This is quite a personal service, we will spend a lot of time learning about you and your end goals and if we can reasonably achieve them for the available budget. We like to visit the site if possible or alternatively look at any plans or photographs to fully understand your brief.
Concept
The concept stage is to present your brief to you as we have understood it. Through, detailed floor plans, and imagery we will show our clients proposed furniture layouts & joinery design. Proposed structural changes and mood board presentations will help convey your vision to you. Client feedback at this stage is necessary.
Detail
Following on from the approved concept stage we move onto the design details stage. Final drawings for any interior / exterior architecture works, (FF&E) Furniture fixtures and fittings, to include accessories and art work will need to be agreed and signed off by the client.
Schedule of works will be discussed and finalised to include start and end date. Final accounts will be shown to the client in line with the proposed initial budget.
Realisation
The start of the project. Site visits will take place regularly by members of our team and the client will be kept informed. Close management of the project will ensure our design brief is met and delivery of the project will of the highest standard and delivered to the client on time.
Turn Key Styling
An additional service, to include the supply and fit out of the property with bedding, linens, towels, glassware, crockery, cutlery, toiletries, groceries & media installations. Turn key, effortless move in and hand over for busy clients.
